Project Management Unit
The Project Management Unit is responsible for the effective delivery of projects and the achievement of the Department’s strategic objectives. It operates based on a comprehensive and integrated action plan, promotes transparency, strengthens local and international relations, and enhances the effectiveness of implemented projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing detailed plans for approved projects, including the definition of objectives, required resources, and implementation timelines.
- Assisting in the assessment of the economic feasibility of proposed projects, in coordination with financial and administrative teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local and international organizations to facilitate cooperation and the exchange of information.
- Documenting and archiving all bilateral agreements concluded by the Department, including commercial agreements and technical cooperation agreements.
- Overseeing project implementation and ensuring the achievement of defined objectives within approved timelines.
- Preparing detailed reports outlining project outcomes, including challenges encountered and proposed solutions.
- Participating in periodic meetings with relevant teams to review performance and discuss opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating internal project resources and collaborating with external stockholders and suppliers to ensure the project proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
